Alma Apartments is a low-income affordable housing community, designed to provide comfortable, high-quality homes for individuals and families who meet specific income qualifications. As part of this program, your household’s annual income must be below the maximum limit set for our community, and you’ll need to have the income to support 1 to 1.5 times the monthly rent. Our rental rates may vary, and that’s because the State of Oregon sets different rent amounts based on income levels. This ensures our apartments remain accessible to households with a range of incomes that qualify under the program.
